Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the Cricbet99 Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gambling Policy, and any specific rules applicable to individual games, sports, promotions, or Services offered on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Cricbet99. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and any of its Services.

Eligibility & Age Verification

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by Cricbet99 or any affiliated gambling operator.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of Cricbet99 or any of its group companies.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing bets or using our Services.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by Cricbet99 for violations of these Terms.

Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) Cricbet99 account. Opening or using multiple accounts constitutes a serious violation of these Terms. Cricbet99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any funds or bonuses.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

4.3 Account Verification

Following registration, Cricbet99 will send a verification message to your registered mobile number via OTP. You must verify your account before making deposits, placing bets, or requesting withdrawals.

4.4 Registration Prohibited in Certain Jurisdictions

Cricbet99 does not knowingly allow registration from users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using our Services is legal in your jurisdiction.

Account Security & Password

• Use a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters with upper/lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of protection.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Immediately notify Cricbet99 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Payment Terms

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Cricbet99 accepts deposits via UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, IMPS, Net Banking, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT.

6.2 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₹100 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are detailed on the Deposit page.

6.3 Deposit Fees

Cricbet99 does not charge any transaction fees on INR deposits. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur standard blockchain network fees.

6.4 Own Funds Requirement

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.

6.5 Failed or Disputed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit, please contact our support team within 72 hours with your transaction reference number. Cricbet99 will resolve the matter within 5 business days.

Withdrawals

7.1 Withdrawal Processing

Cricbet99 processes withdrawal requests within 15–60 minutes for verified accounts. Net Banking and IMPS withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

7.2 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹500. High-value withdrawals above ₹1,00,000 may require additional verification and up to 3 business days to process.

7.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals

Full KYC verification is mandatory before processing withdrawals. Cricbet99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending satisfactory identity verification.

7.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 Welcome Bonus

The Cricbet99 Welcome Bonus of 300% on the first deposit (up to ₹25,000) is available to new Members only and may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it is eligible for withdrawal.

8.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a validity period (typically 30 days). Unused bonus funds remaining at the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Member's account.

8.4 Bonus Abuse

Cricbet99 strictly prohibits bonus abuse including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or using systematic strategies to circumvent wagering requirements.

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Wallet and cannot be directly withdrawn.
• Real money bets are processed from the Main Wallet before the Bonus Wallet.
• Cricbet99 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus granted in error.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied.

Betting Rules & Settlement

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is accepted only when Cricbet99 confirms it via your account bet history. Cricbet99 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion.

9.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

The minimum stake per bet is ₹10. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, event, and market.

9.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting allows Members to place bets on events in progress. Bets accepted during brief windows after critical events may be voided at Cricbet99's discretion.

9.4 Void Bets

Bets may be voided if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned; if obvious pricing errors are identified; or if technical errors affect the bet placement process. Voided bets have the stake returned.

9.6 Match Fixing & Integrity

Prohibited Activities

• Creating more than one Cricbet99 account per individual, household, IP address, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information during registration.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or the minimum legal gambling age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate or hack the Platform through bots, scripts, or automated tools.
• Placing bets using inside or non-public information about events.
• Participating in or benefiting from any form of match-fixing or sporting corruption.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Using third-party accounts, payment methods, or funds to deposit or withdraw.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward Cricbet99 staff or Members.
• Attempting to conduct fraudulent chargebacks after funds have been used for betting.
• Reproducing or commercially exploiting any Cricbet99 Platform content without permission.

KYC & Identity Verification

11.1 When KYC is Required

KYC verification may be required upon registration, before processing withdrawals above a specified threshold, or as required by applicable law or regulation.

11.2 Required Documents

• Proof of Identity: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving Licence.
• Proof of Age: Any of the above documents bearing your date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Aadhaar Card, Utility Bill (not older than 3 months), Bank Statement, or Passport.
• Proof of Payment: Screenshot of UPI transaction or bank statement confirming ownership of the depositing method.
• Selfie Verification: A photograph of you holding your identity document.

11.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe, the account may be suspended and withdrawal requests held pending verification.

Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders and automatic log-outs after a specified period of play.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net profit/loss.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Cricbet99 Platform — including the brand name, logo, trademarks, design, graphics, text, software, and data — are the exclusive property of Cricbet99 or its licensors. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Use Cricbet99's branding or logo in any manner that could cause confusion.
• Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content.
• Scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Privacy & Data Protection

• You have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The Cricbet99 Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cricbet99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Cricbet99's total aggregate liability to any Member shall not exceed the total funds held in that Member's account at the time the claim arises.

Account Suspension & Termination

Cricbet99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal behaviour.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of multiple account usage or duplicate registrations.
• Engaging in bonus abuse or exploiting promotional offers.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that compromises sporting integrity.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements.

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

• Initial Contact: Contact our customer support team via live chat or email at support@cricbet99official.co.in with your account username and a detailed description of the issue.
• First-Level Review: Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
• Escalation: If unsatisfied, escalate to our Compliance Manager by emailing compliance@cricbet99official.co.in. Escalated complaints will be reviewed within 10 business days.
• Final Decision: A formal written decision will be issued. This decision is final and binding.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cricbet99 holds its primary gaming licence. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the relevant jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Amendments to These Terms

Cricbet99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of material changes by displaying a notice on the Platform and, where feasible, sending an email notification.

Your continued use of the Cricbet99 Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.
